Not only is it the most widely planted grape—Chenin Blanc is also believed to be among the first vine cuttings brought to South Africa back in 1655. This wine comes from four different bush-trained old-vine Chenin Blanc vineyards in Stellenbosch near the southernmost tip of Africa.
