HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place brisket and mashed potatoes on the center rack in the oven. Do not remove the lid from the containers
- Set a timer for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile remove the lid from the asparagus.
- When the timer goes off place vegetables in the oven.
- Reset the timer for another 10 minutes
- When the timer goes off, check the meat and the vegetables to insure they are hot. If not cook and additional 5 minuets or until hot. Please note the container the meat is in will be hot and may need a minuet before opening.
- To plate use kitchen tongs or a spoon and place the potatoes left of center on a plate. Place the asparagus next to the potatoes. Place the beef to the right of the vegetables with the meat leaning into the vegetables. Scoop up any vegetables that were cooked with the brisket and place on top of the brisket
- If desired this dish is great with some fresh cracked pepper.
