Taco Bundle for Two

MAKES 6 TACOS WITH CHIPS & SALSA

INCLUDES

• 6 flour tortillas
• choice of protein and paired salsa
• cotija cheese (vegan cheese for vegan chorizo)
• lettuce
• cilantro
• onion
• crema
• tortilla chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Remove lid from taco meat and place in oven. Set a timer for 10 minutes.
3. When the timer goes off place foil package of tortillas in oven and reset the timer for 10 minutes.
4. When the timer goes off a second time remove taco meat and tortillas from oven. Caution! They will be very hot.
5. Note: if cooking pork carnitas if you would like crispier carnitas remove other taco filling and tortillas and set oven to ‘broil hi’. Leave carnitas in for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Place tortillas on a plate and scoop some meat on each one.
7. Garnish with the included taco garnishes as desired.

For vegan cheese place in a pot and heat on medium low until warm. Stir occasionally.
